Falls City Fugitive Arrested

Paul Fouraker

(KTNC) - A Falls City man wanted by authorities in southeast Nebraska and northeast Kansas was arrested early this (Tuesday) morning. 
 The Richardson County Sheriff’s Department arrested Paul Fouraker at 2:00 a.m. Tuesday, at a residence in the 600 Block of Reavis Street in Falls City.
 Fouraker was wanted on a Richardson County warrant for failure to appear in court and a Nemaha County Nebraska warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.  He also faces charges of obstruction of government operations in Richardson County.  That charge stems from a foot pursuit in Salem on September 2nd, involving two Richardson County Deputies.
The Richardson County Sheriff’s Department, Falls City Police Department, and Nebraska State Patrol had been seeking Fouraker’s arrest since September 2nd.
Fouraker is also a person of interest in criminal activity in Brown County Kansas, and he may face other charges in Richardson County as well.
