(KTNC) - The Pawnee City Council will meet at 7:30 Monday evening at City Hall.
A public hearing is scheduled at 8:00 p.m. regarding a notice of intent to relend grant funds for storefront enhancement. Following the hearing, the council will consider a resolution to approve two Storefront Enhancement Grants.
One grant, for $1,000, is to install an awning at 612 G Street. The other grant, for $7,000, is for a new door and windows on the north portion of the Adobe Grille at 625 G Street.
The council will meet with City Attorney Joe Stehlik about a timeline to open the Airport Authority to county residents. The council is expected to appoint someone to fill a vacancy on the Airport Authority Board.
The council will meet with Sheriff Jayme Reed and Curt Parks regarding the use of all-terrain vehicles and utility vehicles on city streets.
Ed Raper of the Citizen Advisory Board will present the P-C-D-C audit; action is expected on the second reading of a bond ordinance for the sewer plant project and a housing rehab project payment.
And the council will discuss options to replace Shop Foreman Don Inglis, who is retiring.
