Falls City Fourth Ward Councilman Jim Wisdom is seeking a full four-year term on the council.
Wisdom filed Tuesday to seek election to the seat he was appointed to last year. Mayor Tim Hersh appointed Wisdom to fill the Fourth Ward Council seat left vacant following the death of Phyllis Krause.
Wisdom is the first candidate to file for a Falls City Council seat.
Incumbents have until February 15th to file for reelection for most offices, while the filing deadline for non-incumbents is March 1st.
