(KTNC) -  A Falls City man was arrested after a confrontation at a Falls City home Saturday evening.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Falls City Police were called to the home of Robert Fisher in the 1600 block of Valley Avenue shortly after 7:00 p.m. Saturday.
According to the affidavit, Fisher told officers that Timothy Wittwer came to his home, accused him of getting his girlfriend pregnant, and then pointed a semi-automatic pistol at his face.  Fisher told authorities that Wittwer said three times that he would “blow his head off.”
A witness at the home said she saw Wittwer with a handgun, but did not see him point it at Fisher.
Falls City police arrested Timothy Wittwer after interview interviewing him at the Falls City Police Department.  Wittwer was booked into the Richardson County Jail on initial charges of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, third-degree assault, and terroristic threats.
