The Pawnee County Arts Council and Mid-America Arts Alliance are teaming to bring a one-woman musical performance to Pawnee City this weekend.
Petrella will bring her show “18 Reasons to Live, Laugh and Love” to the Pawnee City High School Auditorium for a 90-minute performance Sunday afternoon.
Petrella hails from Hot Springs, Arkansas. She began singing at the age of five and signed her first recording contract in 1990. She says her high-energy show incorporates a wide variety of musical genres. (play audio :25)

Sunday’s performance begins at 2:00 p.m. at the Pawnee City High School Auditorium. There is no admission charge, but the Pawnee County Arts Council will accept a freewill donation. In addition to Sunday’s concert, Petrella will also perform for Pawnee City students at an assembly Monday morning.
