The Atchison City Commission will consider an increase in the height of wind turbines under special circumstances.
Atchison Planning Commissioners made the recommendation in Wednesday’s regular monthly meeting.
Community Development Director Stefanie Leif explains the ordinance modification.

The commission also approved a site plan for Bartlett Grain to construct a four thousand square foot office and shop building that will be separate from the elevator on the property.
