Final Nebraska Boys High School Basketball Ratings

The Lincoln Journal-Star final High School Boys basketball ratings for the just completed season are out.
    Pawnee City is the highest rated team in the area.  The Indians lost in the Class D1 State Title game to St. Mary’s and finish ranked second in D1 behind St. Mary’s.  Pawnee City went 25-4 on the season.
    High Plains a team the Indians defeated in the state tournament finished 5th,  West Boyd, another team in the Indians knocked off at state finishes 7th.  Bruning-Davenport-Shickley is ranked 9th and Exeter-Milligan 10th in the final D1 poll.
    In Class D2 Giltner at 29-0 is the top ranked team for a second straight season.  Falls City Sacred Heart finished 5th with a 16-9 record,  Sterling is 6th with a final record of 18-8.
    In Class C2 Ravenna finished the season 28-0 to claim the top spot,  the Blue Jays knocked Johnson-Brock out of the tournament.  The Eagles finish ranked 5th with a record of 19-9.  Johnson-Brock was not ranked previously.  Johnson County Central finishes 6th with a 22-3 record.
    In Class C1 Boys Town is ranked 1st,  Lincoln Christian is 5th in the final poll.
