Pawnee City Council Reviews PCDC Report
03/01/2012

The Pawnee City, City Council, reviewed the annual PCDC audit report as part of Monday’s council agenda.
Suzanne Borcher with the Citizen Advisory Board presented the written report to the council.  The report found no discrepancies in the distribution of Pawnee City’s LB-840 funds in the last year.
The Pawnee City Development Corporation uses funds for various community projects.  It provided funding for 10 projects last year.
In action taken Monday, the Pawnee City Council approved the final reading of a new snow emergency route ordinance; and the council approved a payment of $6,183 for a housing rehab project.
In other business, the council gave Lowell Packett permission to run a sewer line to his home and tap into the city’s sewer main.
A public hearing on the one and six year street plan that was scheduled for Monday was postponed until March 12th due to a publishing error in the newspaper.
