(KTNC)--A former Falls City Council who recently resigned is mounting a write-in bid for another council seat.
Don Ferguson resigned as a Fourth Ward Councilman after moving to the First Ward. On Thursday, he filed an affidavit indicating his intention to run as a write-in candidate for a First Ward Council seat.
No one is running for an open council seat in Ward One. Current councilman Jerry Oliver is running for Mayor.
