(KLZA) -- The Falls City Council will discuss a request from Terry Tisdel to allow the operation of All Terrain / Utility type vehicles on the streets when they meet Monday evening. A previous attempt to all ATV's on streets a few years ago failed.
Council members will also discuss a request to purchase a 2015 Ford Explorer in the amount of $27,252 from Hullman’s Ford when they meet at 6 p-m Monday evening.
Discussion will also be held on waiving the building permit fee for the Falls City Rural fire Department building addition. Two requests to build metal buildings for garages and shops will be discussed. One is at 1923 Clifton Street and the other is at 620 Harlan Street.
The Council will also discuss on first reading an ordinance to change the council meeting time on the third Monday of each month to 7 p-m.
