(KAIR) -- A public hearing has been set for Easton residents to voice their opinions on an upcoming renovation at their water plant.
It’s set for six, Monday evening, at City Hall.
City Clerk Jere Chieppo says an engineering agreement for has been approved by KDHE and an environmental review was submitted for the 647 thousand dollar project.
Also at the public hearing, early plans for the Independence Day festival will be discussed immediately afterward.
At this past Monday’s meeting, Chris Blockburger came before the council notifying that the future location for a planned veteran’s memorial will be at 213 South First Street.
