The Falls City Library and Arts Center has scheduled the first “film night,” what is hoped will become regular feature at the Library.
Library Director Hope Schawang says they have the technology in place to show films in the Stalder Gallery. (play audio :41)
The artist, Andy Goldsworthy, is known around the world for his work using natural materials, created outdoors, which means it’s rather transient in nature. (play audio :21)
The film “Rivers and Tides” will be shown in the Stalder Gallery at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12th. It’s the first of what Schawang says will be a series of films shown in the Stalder Gallery. (play audio :36)
Schawang says they are open to suggestions of films that could be shown in the future at the Stalder Gallery.
