(KAIR) -- Kansas Department of Children and Families Secretary Phyllis Gilmore was in Atchison Wednesday as part of a tour of the state’s DCF facilities.
Only one community leader came to meet with the secretary, County Attorney Gerald Kuckelman.
He posed his concern to the Secretary as both a taxpayer and a prosecutor.
