The public hearing will take place at the next commissioner meeting on January 9th and Leif encourages any business owner that may be affected to attend.
In other business, Leif says Planning Commissioners also unanimously denied recommendation for an application to change zoning for property at 1612 Commercial Street from a single family to two family residential property to make a duplex.

Despite the denial, the measure will still move on to City Commissioners for consideration.
