(KAIR) -- The Atchison Area United Way collected thousands of dollars for area non-profits following their “Amazing Race” fundraiser Saturday.
Executive Director Terry Knopke says over 50 people participated.

Fifteen area agencies are under the area United Way banner.
The next fundraising event is the Community Leadership Breakfast Friday morning at the Heritage Conference Center.
They will also conduct a trivia night on November 2nd as a fundraiser.
