(KAIR) -- The Guidance Center made their annual request for funding to Atchison County Commissioners Wednesday.
County Commissioner Jeff Schuele says they hold a unique scenario to the county budget due to state laws.

Schuele says they have a target to finish all budget workshops by the end of July and look to pass a final budget by the end of August.
