The commission will also conduct two public hearings.
The first will be to consider approving a setback variance for a single family home for Richard and Loretta Pennington at the northeast corner of 5th and Green Streets.
The other hearing is to approve an application for a conditional use permit for Tammy Allen to have a home-based bakery at 1649 Beechwood Drive.
The Planning Commission will also look to recommend the annual capital improvement plan to the City Commission as well as consider scheduling a public hearing for the August meeting for proposed change to sign regulations.
