Falls City Mayor Tim Hersh’s appointment of Don Ferguson to fill the vacant fourth ward council seat in Falls City was unanimously approved Monday night.
Ferguson, a Falls City businessman has accepted the appointment which will be his third stint on the Council. He replaces Brad Campbell who resigned from the fourth ward seat when he moved to a different ward in the city.
