Atchison Public Schools may need to raise the mill levy and cut their budget nearly one million dollars over the next three years to keep operation steady in preparation of potential state funding cuts.
The board heard a three year cash flow analysis from Business Manager Lori Lanter at Monday night’s USD 409’s regular board meeting.
Lanter says as of current figures, the steepest stretch of change could take place in the first year.
