(KAIR) -- Atchison Public Schools are moving forward with plans to outsource their transportation services.

That’s Superintendent Susan Myers.
She says the committee has a goal to conduct necessary interviews and make a recommendation by April’s meeting.
The school board Monday night also heard an update from HTK architects on the progress of renovations at the middle school.
A special meeting is set for February 13th to discuss the next phase of the project, which is expected to begin at the end of May.
