In a short meeting Monday night, the USD 409 school board re-elected Tim Newkirk as President and Herb Gwaltney as Vice-President as part of their re-organizational meeting.
The board also heard preliminary figures on the 2012-13 school year budget.
Superintendent Susan Myers says these figures could fluctuate, depending on final enrollment figures in September.
