The Easton City Council Monday night had discussion about concerns of brush piled up outside of city limits by the county washing into the city in the future.
City Clerk Jere Chieppo said they are working with Leavenworth County to address their concerns.

The city has also spoken to the state on the matter in hopes to get the issue resolved.
The council also set a special meeting to take place Tuesday evening to find a new provider for the fireworks display for July 4th as well as hearing a presentation on whether they want to install a 200 thousand dollar water infiltration system for the city in the future.
