(KLZA)-- Phase II of the Wilderness Falls housing development in Falls City has received funding approval. The plans call for a 14-unit addition on West 31st Street in Falls City to include 4 – 2 bedroom units, 8 – 3 bedroom units and 2 – 4 bedroom units.
All of the units in phase II will be on one level and include a zero entry design, patio, and attached single car garage. The units will be maintenance free for the tenants.
