App Available To Help Nebraska Farmers With Rental Calculations
(AP) - Nebraska farmers and landowners can get help estimating land rental rates from a new mobile application.
University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension experts developed a Land Lease Calculator that's available for Apple and Android phones.
Extension educator Wayne Ohnesorg says the app helps landowners estimate what their land is worth.
And the program helps farmers estimate how much their rent payments might be. The app costs $1.99.
