(KLZA) -- The Nebraska Department of Economic Development has awarded $2.325 million as part of the 2013 Nebraska Affordable Housing Program to nine communities to pursue owner-occupied rehab housing projects.
Falls City and Pawnee City have each been awarded $310,000 to rehab ten homes. Homeowners earning at or below 80 percent of the Area Median Family Income are eligible to receive funding from the grants.
