The centers focus on health assessments, physical fitness, healthy nutrition, stress management, general wellness education and tobacco education.

The programs at the centers are free for soldiers, retirees, family members and Department of Defense civilians.

The Army Medicine Healthcare Covenant is a commitment by the U.S. Army Medical Command and local leaders recognizing the need for the health, wellness and resilience of the force and family members.
