(KAIR) -- A 25-year-old Atchison woman will serve 10 months total in prison on two forgery charges.
Jordan Albright would have been eligible for probation on the level eight felonies, however District Court Judge Martin Asher invoked the special rule Friday in Atchison County District Court since she was on felony probation when the crime was committed.
Her probation case for possession of narcotics was also terminated Friday as unsuccessful.
She was arrested on the charge in July.
Post-release probation was set at 12 months.
