(KAIR) -- An Atchison man up for his second revocation on a felony charge requests and is granted the opportunity to go to prison Friday in Atchison County District Court.
David Pickens will serve 19 months in prison after a revocation of an August 2011 conviction of possession of methamphetamine.
Pickens indicated to the courts that his probation “wasn’t working” and believed prison was a better option.
