Missouri Man Gets Year after Revocation
08/20/2012

(KAIR) -- An 18-year-old Blue Springs, Missouri man has his probation revoked and ordered to serve a year in Atchison County Jail today (Monday) in Atchison County District Court.

Kenneth Gulley was revoked on a misdemeanor marijuana possession conviction from earlier this year.

After hearing the reasons for the violations and countering reasons given by Gulley as to why he violated probation, Judge Robert Bednar said Gulley “did nothing” during his time on probation, which gave the court reason for revocation.
