This year marks the 20th year since the first trees were planted at the Krumme Arboretum in Falls City.
The 20th anniversary of the arboretum will be the centerpiece of Falls City’s annual Arbor Day observance. That observance is scheduled for Sunday afternoon.
The program will include a concert in the Arboretum featuring the Clefsmen and the Falls City Brass Ensemble and will begin at 1:30 p.m.
Other activities are being planned to celebrate the Arboretum’s 20th anniversary. The Krumme Arboretum is located on West 25th Street, adjacent to Stanton Lake in Falls City.
