A Leavenworth woman will have a preliminary hearing on 20 felony charges.
The prelim was set for February 29th Friday in Atchison County Court for Roxanna Henderson.
She faces 19 counts of forgery, which are level eight felonies, and one count of level nine felony theft.
She was arrested by Atchison Police in late December for allegedly embezzling tens of thousands of dollars from her former place of employment, Cash 2 Go in Atchison.
She is out on 10 thousand dollars bond.
