We reported to you a few weeks ago about shots fired at a residence.
Chief Wilson says investigators believe this incident is associated to the shots fired investigation in the 1500 block of Westridge Drive later that night.
He says the investigation on that shooting continues.
Clem made his first appearance on those charges today (Friday) in Atchison County Court.
He also has other cases pending on several misdemeanor charges including two counts of domestic battery that allegedly occurred on December 29th and Janurary 15th, as well as six worthless check charges alleged to have occurred in the summer and fall of 2011.
He is out on 20 thousand dollars bond and will make his next appearance on February 17th.
