(Auburn)-- A grain marketing workshop is being offered Thursday, March 10th at the Nemaha County Fairgrounds in Auburn.
The workshops are designed to assist grain producers create a written marketing plan that is right for them. Nebraska Extension Educators will present marketing information on topics including developing a written marketing plan, and understanding basis and carrying charges.
The workshops will feature the Marketing in a New Era simulator and Decide NOW grain marketing smartphone App.
The workshop in Auburn will begin at 9:30 a-m and end at 3 p-m. You should pre-register by contacting Gary Lesoing at 402-274-4755. The workshop is limited the first 40 that sign up.
Workshops are funded by the Nebraska Soybean Board, Nebraska Corn Board, North Central Extension Risk Management Education Center, USDA-NIFA and Nebraska Extension Innovation Funding.
