(KLZA)-- The 3rd Annual Ariens Company Earth Day Community Celebration will be held Saturday at the Nemaha County Fairgrounds in Auburn.
The main goal of the day is to Spring Clean the town. A community wide clean up of the City Parks will get the day started from 8 – 10 a-m. Other events include an electronic recycling event behind City Hall from 9 a-m until noon; Old electronic items can be dropped off for free.
There will be a 5K run starting at 9 a-m at the High School parking lot; youth field day events will also take place at the Auburn High School Stadium from 10 – 11 a-m.
The annual Home & Garden Show and Wellness Fair will be held from 9 a-m until 2 p-m at the Nemaha County Fairgrounds.
There is also a 2 p-m pie eating contest. The final event is the Day of Learning from 3 p-m 0 5 p-m. All events will be family-friendly and free.
