(KNZA)--Details have been released on a single-vehicle wreck in Pottawatomie County Sunday afternoon that sent a rural Westmoreland woman to the hospital.
Pottawatomie County Sheriff Greg Riat says 64-year-old Alice Thomas was northbound on K-13 in the area of Myers Valley Road when her car left the roadway . Her vehicle struck a field entrance and rolled, landing on it’s top.
Riat says Thomas was extricated from her vehicle by rescue crews and life flighted to an area hospital.
The wreck was reported at about 1:30 Sunday afternoon.
