(KTNC)-- There’s a new date for Mound City’s 4th of July fireworks display.
The display was scheduled Saturday, July 5, but the person the city hired to shoot off the fireworks backed out.
Someone else has been found to do the display, but the only date he was available was July 3, so Mound City will hold its 4th of July fireworks display on July 3.
The parade will still be on July 4.
