(KTNC) - A partnership between Peru State College, the Food Bank of Lincoln, and Catholic Social Services of Southeast Nebraska that aims to help alleviate food insecurity and childhood hunger in rural Nemaha County, Nebraska, kicks this week.
The initiative – Feeding 44 – will hold its first mobile food distribution center at Peru State College Friday. The distribution will be held at the Al Wheeler Activity Center from noon until 1:00 p.m.
