(KAIR) --Numerous Jefferson County based emergency responders rushed to the scene of a structure fire Monday, located at the former Robbins Salvage property along K-16 Highway in rural Oskaloosa.
It was there that a metal building, currently being used to restore automobiles, was found to be fully engulfed.
Despite efforts of the firecrews, the building and its contents are considered a total loss.
The State Fire Marshal has been in to determine the cause of the blaze.
Jefferson County Emergency Management, Jefferson County Emergency Medical Services, Oskaloosa Fire Department, McLouth Fire Department, Ozawkie Fire Department, and Winchester Fire Department responded to the scene.
