(KAIR) -- The Effingham USD 377 school board may keep some pre-school and kindergarten classes at the central office in the future.
That word from Superintendent Steve Wiseman. (Play Audio)
The board is expected to take action on the matter at their next meeting.
Those classes were moved due to safety issues in the old pre-school building and kindergarten building, otherwise known as “Building B.”
The board also suggested a change to the 2013-14 calendar proposal for the next meeting, moving the student’s return from Christmas Break from January 3rd, a Friday, to January 6th, a Monday.
The board also held preliminary discussion on adopting an iPad policy for the new devices, which were recently purchased by the school.
Wiseman says they plan to act on that matter at a meeting later this month.
