(KAIR) -- A 43-year-old Atchison man is recovering following a single vehicle accident Sunday morning in Atchison County.
According to Atchison County Undersheriff Larry Myer, the accident occurred at 6:16 on 286th Road near the Shannon Industrial Park.
Spencer Razo was traveling eastbound when he fell asleep at the wheel of his 1998 Subaru and struck a utility pole.
Razo was transported to Atchison Hospital with undisclosed injuries.
Myer says Razo was wearing a seatbelt.
