(KTNC)--A driver involved in a rollover crash in Auburn Monday morning was not injured, but was issued a citation.
According to the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department, 31-year-old Rosendo Cortinas of Auburn was driving a Ford F-X-5 that was involved in the accident on K Street, near Courthouse Avenue, at 8:20 Monday morning.
Cortinas told investigators that the car's accelerator stuck, causing the vehicle to go off the road, through two yards and hit a tree. The car overturned after it struck the tree, and authorities say the yard and a rock wall at 1515 K Street were also damaged.
Cortinas was not injured, but he was cited for driving under suspension. The car sustained approximately $6,000 in damages.
