I’ve been with the company for nine years. When I started, I knew nothing about radio but was ready for a new adventure! After spending most of my career working with the public, I made the switch to working quietly behind the scenes with just a few close coworkers.

Today, I’m part of the traffic department and responsible for four of our six stations. I may not be the voice you hear on air, but chances are I’m the reason you hear the Huskers or your favorite radio ads.

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart, Chris, and together we have two grown children and three amazing grandkids. I’m a huge football fan — go Huskers and Green Bay Packers! In my free time, I love going to concerts, spending time with my grandkids, and enjoying classic cars and drag racing with my husband.

It seems now with all the changes in radio that my career started in a difference galaxy. At least it was
far-far away based on technological changes.  Back in 1981 KTNC Radio in Falls City was looking for someone to provide details on following Falls City Tiger football games. That led to a part-time job with great hours. Friday night, Saturday afternoon and the Sunday morning sign-on shift. That made for a great weekend. Yes there was a time that radio stations weren't broadcasting 24 hours a day.

I ended up in play-by-play sports in the spring of 1982 ( due to circumstances beyond my control) and
it's been quite an adventure since then. 40 years later I shared the Sports Media Person of the Year
Award presented by the Nebrask Coaches Association with my longtime broadcast partner Randy
Gottula and later we were presented recognized for Outstanding Service to Nebraska High School
Athletics by the Nebraska State Athletic Administrators Association. They knew we were getting old!
Hard to believe that when I started you could listen to a broadcast I was doing 50 miles away from
Falls City during the day if you didn't mind a little interference on the A.M. signal to now fans of the
area teams able to tune in on their phones or computers literllay anywhere in the world. My how times
have changed!

I can't wait to see what happens in the next 44 years. Of course I'm hoping to just be sitting in my
recliner and listening and watching through my virtual goggles.

Dylan Hinrichs

Dylan Hinrichs is a dynamic communicator and seasoned professional whose career spans broadcasting, sales, recruitment, and community engagement. His broadcast journey began at Cloud County Community College in Concordia, Kansas, where he served as the play-by-play voice for T-Bird athletics. Over the course of 1.5 years, Dylan honed his on-air presence while also hosting a weekly sports talk and music show. His leadership and passion for sports earned him the role of Sports Director during his sophomore year, culminating in his graduation in 2013.

He continued his academic path at Kansas State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education in December 2015. Shortly thereafter, Dylan joined Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL), launching a nearly decade-long tenure marked by growth, innovation, and leadership.

At RNL, Dylan was appointed Engagement Center Manager for the University of Oklahoma Call Center, located in Norman, Oklahoma. Over three and a half years, he led a high-performing team focused on student engagement and donor outreach. In December 2019, he transitioned into a Corporate Recruiter and Trainer role, where he developed comprehensive training materials and facilitated live sessions across multiple departments. His ability to connect with diverse audiences and drive operational excellence made him a valued contributor until his departure in November 2024.

In April 2025, Dylan returned to his broadcasting roots by joining MSC Radio Group in a dual role encompassing sales and broadcasting. Based in Falls City, Nebraska, he serves the Northwest Missouri and Southeast Nebraska regions, where his strategic approach and relationship-building skills have already led to a 14% year-over-year sales increase within his first six months. Dylan thrives on helping local businesses grow through creative advertising solutions and community-centered messaging. As a broadcaster, Dylan brings energy and insight to the mic. His first play-by-play call for KTNC aired in October 2025, covering the football matchup between Falls City and Fairbury. His storytelling ability and deep sports knowledge make him a compelling voice for local athletics.

Outside of work, Dylan is deeply involved in sports and youth development. A former athlete turned coach and official, he dedicates his time to mentoring young players -- specifically his children's youth sports teams and officiating football and basketball games. He’s an avid supporter of Nebraska athletics (GO BIG RED), as well as the Chiefs, Royals, Sporting KC, and USA Soccer.

Since 2023, Dylan has served on the Falls City Recreation Board, where he currently directs T-Ball, Volleyball, and the Youth Basketball Tournament. He also enjoys watching movies, playing board games, or cheering on his racehorses - Dylan is a proud part-owner of several horses competing nationwide. His commitment to community enrichment is matched by his enthusiasm for family life where he cherishes every moment spent with his wife, Mikala, and their three children: daughters Harper and Halle, and son Hayes.

Randy Gottula

Randy Gottula just completed his 53rd season of sports broadcasting in S.E. Nebraska. He began his radio broadcasting career at KNCY in Nebraska City, then later worked for 10 years as the sports director for KAUB-FM in Auburn.  He became a familiar voice on KTNC in Falls City, working as the “Voice of The Bobcats” on Peru State’s Bobcat Football Network. In 2017 Randy was inducted into the Peru State Athletic Hall of Fame for his 20 years of service as the voice of Peru State sports.  He worked as the play-by-play announcer in the early 90’s for the University of Nebraska’s freshman football program, as well. Randy moved to Falls City in 1990 and called games for several years on KTNC. When Sunny 101.3 signed on the air in 1999, Randy was hired to cover high school games, and he’s been doing so for the past 25 years.  Since retiring from his “real job” as owner-operator of Sunmart Foods in Falls City, Randy has been able to enjoy his part-time broadcasting gig even more. In a typical high school sports season, he now covers 15 or more football games and approximately 75-80 basketball contests.  Randy says the most enjoyable thing about working radio sports broadcasts is the relationships that he has developed with the coaches, players and parents in our coverage area!

Aaron Wisdom

Aaron was born and raised in Falls City and his lived her most of his life. He first worked for KTNC on the weekends for one semester while attending Peru State College where he majored in Art and Theatre. During college he also spent summers working at The Brownville Village Theatre. He returned to work at KTNC in 2005 when it was still under the ownership of Charles Radatz.

KTNC is a radio station in Falls City, Nebraska that began broadcasting on August 3, 1957. It was purchased by Charlie Radatz in 1981 and operatted as a standalone AM station (1230 AM). It was later purchased by Greg Buser and Robert Hilton of KNZA Inc. in 2005 and an FM Translator was added to the signal (107.1 FM) on October 17th of 2018. Justin Fluke took over ownership of the station in 2022, which is part of a six-station network rebranded as the MSC Radio Group. The station updated from it's traditional oldies music to Classit Hits format with the best music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s in 2024.
