(KAIR) -- The victim of a fiery Jefferson County crash early Sunday morning has been identified.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday afternoon the victim was identified through dental records as 43-year-old Brian W. Corum of Ozawkie.
According to the sheriff’s office, officers were called to the intersection of Quail Hill Road and Valley View Road in the Lake Shore Estates Improvement District in rural Ozawkie around 3:20 Sunday morning where they found a vehicle fully engulfed in flames.
The investigation at the scene determined that the fire was a result of a one-vehicle accident.
