Atchison Man Arrested After Drug Test Incident
08/29/2012

(KAIR) -- A 31-year-old Atchison man facing already several drug-related charges gets a felony obstruction charge after an alleged incident while taking a drug test at the courthouse.

According to Atchison County Undersheriff Larry Myer, Craig Lawless was ordered to take a urine analysis test by his probation officer Tuesday afternoon.

Myer says the officer alleges that Lawless was caught with another UA sample in an attempt to replace a current one and was given the charge.

He remains in Atchison County Jail awaiting bond and formal charges.

Lawless was out on bond in another case where he was charged with five counts of possession of narcotics.
