A 29 year old Easton woman is dead following a two vehicle accident in Wyandotte County Wednesday morning.
Tamara Starnes died at the scene of an accident that took place at the intersection of Kansas highway seven and Kansas Avenue shortly after 8 a.m.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Starnes was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt south on K-7 when she crossed the median and was struck in the passenger side by a northbound 2003 Mitsubishi Galant driven by 29 year old Damien Stanley of Shawnee.
Stanley was taken to the KU Medical Center with disabling injuries.
