After several continuances, a 37 year old Atchison man pleads not guilty to an aggravated assault charge.
Prosecution will present their case on this level seven felony in a jury trial May 8th for Bryan Boldridge.
Boldridge was arrested on December 19th by Atchison police for allegedly threatening a 38 year old individual with a handgun in the 600 block of Mound.
He is out on 20 thousand dollars bond.
