A 52 year old Atchison man is expected to be released on a PR bond after pleading guilty to multiple drug charges Monday in Atchison County Court.
Ricky Godshall pled guilty to the felony charges of theft and possession of narcotics, as well as a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge as part of a plea agreement.
He was arrested by Atchison Police on February 7th for taking medication from a neighbor in his apartment complex.
Upon his arrest, officers discovered marijuana on him.
Since Godshall had two or more prior theft convictions, his charge became a felony.
He is subject to face the Senate Bill 123 probationary rehab program when it comes time for his sentencing on April 2nd.
