A 26 year old Atchison man pleads guilty to amended charges Friday in Atchison County Court.
Zachary Harding pled guilty to the misdemeanor charges of battery, and two counts of assault.
Originally, Harding faced felony counts of criminal threat and aggravated assault revolving around a disturbance at his house with other individuals in early January.
The court also went forward with sentencing, handing down a three weekend jail sanction, followed by one year of supervised probation.
