A 64 year old Atchison man could face several years in prison following a no-contest plea Friday in Atchison County Court.
Ronald Oden was found guilty by the court after making the plea on two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
He was arrested January 4th by Atchison Police for sexually fondling a 12 year old girl on two occasions between May and September 2011.
The level three felonies carry 55 to 247 months on each count.
Sentencing is scheduled for March 26th.
He remains in jail on 250 thousand dollars bond.
