An Atchison man arrested for allegedly being under the influence of alcohol in a vehicle with his infant child is out on bond.
Atchison County Sheriff explains the arrest of 26 year old Jacob Walsh.

Since it is his third DUI arrest, it is a felony charge, as well as the child endangerment count.
Other misdemeanor arrest counts include, interlock device violation, transporting an open container, no proof on insurance, and no driver’s license on person.
He was able to post a 10 thousand dollar bond late last night.
According to Atchison County Attorney Gerald Kuckleman, formal charges filed in addition to those counts, include a felony possession of narcotics charge for Walsh allegedly having hydrocodone on him during a search.
He makes his next appearance in court on March 7th.
